Rules & Regulations

 Attendance and Examination

1. Internal Assessment: As per instructions of University 20% marks have been prescribed for internal assessment to be awarded by the teachers concerned on the basis of class test/assignment/presentation and attendance.
2. Leave application on account of illness of a candidate should be accompanied with a medical certificate which should have reached to the class in charge on the very 1st day of leave application.
3. 75% attendance in each subject is compulsory failing which the candidate concerned shall not be allowed to appear in the semester examinations. The student will be fined for short attendance  

Others Rules Regarding Admission
1. The subjects Environmental Studies and Basics of Computer are included as qualifying subjects for B.A./B.C.A./B.Com./B.Sc.-1 year students. This are compulsory subjects for all. It is essential to qualify the above stated subjects otherwise the final result will not be declared and degree will not be awarded.
2. Imparting instruction in any subject can be discontinued despite of being a provision to that effect provided the number of students offering such subject falls short of the norms prescribed by the University or alternatively teaching of such a subject does not suit as per timetable of the college or due to any other reasons. The candidate can be restricted to opt for a particular subject without assigning any reason.
3. All the rules , regulations, instructions and guidelines etc. as contained in the prospectus are liable to be changed in conformity with the orders / directions / instructions etc. received from the University from time to time and such amended rules regulations / instruction / guidelines are binding on the student to follow. The college will make every possible effort to inform the students of such amendments / changes in the rules / regulations / instructions etc. but does not own responsibility to this effect.
4. It will be the personal responsibility of the student concerned to ensure before taking admission whether he/ she is eligible or not for any courses of studies or subjects and the college will not own any responsibility regarding this matter.
5. The admission of such student in that course / subject will be cancelled as soon as the facts come to the knowledge of the college and the fee / funds paid by the candidate shall not be refunded.
